Quirky place overall, it is clean, location is particularly good to trains to airport. The staff are excellent and cooperative people on reception desk. The hotel is definitely recommended to others.

The place was charming and had wonderful staff on reception desk, greatly enjoyed the stay. It was bright, fairly quiet and with a nice view. Great and amazing location really close to a tram stop, supermarket, and restaurants, trams into old Zurich and main train station for instance10 minutes away, and the tram/bus station, eateries and a stadium were near the hotel...

Got huge, fairly quiet room with the balcony. The breakfast had plenty of options and included hardboiled eggs, yoghourt, and fruit. Fine staff on reception desk, gave a few recommendations.

the venue's position was very central. we greatly enjoyed delicious and great breakfasts with cheese and amazing coffee, for instance. overall the service was nice.

Location - magnificent and unbeatable next to a tram line right across the street, and metro and bus. Also, close to center. Had decent size and recently refurbished room and a really really nice stay for 1 night. Very comfy beds and well-maintained facilities.

The staff at Neufeld made me feel right at home, with their friendly and accommodating demeanor. The breakfast, though not outstanding, was still very good and started early, giving me more time to explore the beautiful city. The location was practical, with easy access to transportation options. Neufeld truly exceeded my expectations and stands out as a top choice.

The hotel was fairly easy to get to and the staff were very friendly. Our breakfast was very nice ... the dining room had a nice atmosphere (fun "diner" style) and the food was fresh & appetizing.
The bathroom was too small. The shower was a tiny square with no room. There was also no air conditioning ... it was a little stuffy in the room (late May). (We had to have the window open to sleep but there was quite a bit of noise from the street too ... early morning traffic / loud cars.)

It was an ok location. Trams outside take yo straight to the centre in 15mins.
It was not a 3* star hotel. More like 2*. No coffee facilities/mini bar in the room. It was not very cheap for a 3* hotel but I guess it was ok considering the prices in Zurich!

Security seemed a bit lax - front desk with keys often unattended. No a/c in room made it somewhat hot, as road was noisy on 1st floor.
